While regular yoga classes focus on physical postures and sequencing, trauma-informed yoga prioritizes emotional safety and healing. This approach encourages individuals to reconnect with their bodies, promotes healing, and supports emotional well-being through gentle modifications, ensuring a safe environment for all, regardless of past trauma.

Whether you are a beginner or have an advanced practice, each class is thoughtfully designed to support your personal journey. I offer modifications as needed and provide the freedom to progress at your own pace, all within a safe and supportive environment

  • Brooklyn, NY: $27 per class

  • Jersey City, NJ: $32 per class

You should bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.

It's recommend bringing an open mind and a willingness to explore your practice.

I offer modifications and alternative poses to accommodate injuries or specific conditions. Please inform me before class so I can provide appropriate adjustments for your safety and comfort.

It’s best to avoid heavy meals right before class. If you’re hungry, a light snack 30-60 minutes before class can help. A full stomach may make certain poses uncomfortable, so aim for a light, easy-to-digest meal if you need one.

Life can get busy, so please be aware that all purchases, including classes, meditations, one-on-one sessions and workshops are non-refundable. However, if you miss a class or session, you can redeem it for a future appointment. Simply contact me to schedule your makeup session at your convenience, and I will be happy to accommodate you within the available schedule.
